Rosi Croom

With more than 15 years’ experience across environmental, technology and creative sectors, Rosi has spent her career communicating complex ideas, building influential programmes and turning ambitious missions into meaningful change. Her work has increasingly focused on responsible leadership, fostering the organisational and human conditions that enable people and movements working for nature to create lasting impact.

Before founding The Lowground, Rosi held senior roles across some of the environmental sector’s major global initiatives in advertising, finance, and innovation. Her work has spanned strategic communications, executive engagement, organisational strategy, and impact reporting, working closely with leaders and networks navigating complex challenges at scale.

The Lowground is built on the conviction that solving the climate crisis requires more than sustainable systems — it requires sustainable ways of working, too. Rosi brings together her experience of climate and sustainability, neurodivergence, organisational change, facilitation and coaching to help build a sector where the people doing the work can thrive for the long term.
